Land Package Cancellation Windows
- 60 or more days before arrival: Full refund of land arrangements paid by bank transfer, minus actual international bank wire charges.
- 30 to 59 days before arrival: 85% refund of land package funds, or 100% credit toward new Bhutan dates within 18 months at zero penalty.
- 15 to 29 days before arrival: 50% refund of land arrangements where festival hotels have already locked room allocations.
- 14 days or fewer before arrival: Non-recoverable hotel and vehicle commitments apply, while 100% of unused government SDF nights remain refundable.
Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) Refunds
Under Royal Government of Bhutan rules, 100% of unused Sustainable Development Fee nights are refunded for cancelled trips or shortened stays.
Date Changes & Rescheduling
Need to shift dates because of work or family plans: tell us on WhatsApp and we move your hotel holds to a new season whenever lodges have rooms.
