Five warm days at low altitude, built for parents travelling with young children
Travelling with a four year old in a cold valley is hard work, so this short trip stays in Punakha where winter afternoons are warm enough for a t-shirt. Drives stay under twenty minutes, nap time is protected, and the guide carries a first aid kit and knows where the nearest paediatric clinic is. Four nights is enough for a first taste of Bhutan without stretching anyone too far.

Travel insurance strongly recommended: cover mountain medical care, altitude evacuation, and Paro weather flight delays. Read the travel insurance note
